Boadas
COCKTAILSRaval
Open since 1933, billed as the oldest cocktail bar in Barcelona, and still a tiny triangle at the Rambla end of El Raval. Miguel Boadas learned his trade at the Floridita in Havana and the daiquiri is still the order. The Sips team took over in 2022 and kept the panelled walls and the memorabilia, so Hemingway's ghost is not on the guest list but is on the wall. Short menu of classics, a cocktail of the day on the chalkboard, and a bar that behaves like a bar.
