A cocktail laboratory in a medieval alley off the Born, where about 85% of what goes in your glass is made in-house, from kefir to truffle-infused mezcal. Think old apothecary bottles, a Negroni with cheese in it, and a menu you order from as written (off-menu requests get a polite no). World's 50 Best Bars #83 in 2025, and worth the detour.
