Once you are through, a curved wooden room straight out of Gaudi, and drinks that smoke, glow or turn into icicles: it was the World's Best Bar in 2022 and is still top 20 in 2026. There is no queue to stand in, just a QR code at the door, so go and eat nearby like a local and come back when they call you.
