There is no bar counter, just open islands where the team works in full view, and a hidden 14-seat room called Esencia that serves a liquid tasting menu. The drinks are serious but the stunts are earned: one involves licking a mirror, politely. Book ahead, and note it is closed Sunday and Monday.
